          Oh, l've no doubt about that...l did find it encouraging, while l was there, how large the gay community was. But 'underground' is right - l never heard hide nor hair of any of the sex-positive clubs or events around town. 'Course, it was only right before l left that l really started researching poly, so l didn't have much time to check it out. :)

          Maybe we can meet next time l'm down for a visit. :)

    We're caveman and cavewoman at PMM. Living in Washington untill we find a place in the warmer climes to retire to. Like below the 35th parallel! Glad to find you folks here and hope you don't mind us barging in. Not real geeks here, just when we find the time, we like to meet good souls.

    I see lots of poly people on tribe, but not much discourse. I wonder what that is about?

      Hi All,

      I just found Tribe a couple days ago and wanted to say hi. I'm on PMM as same name, Trance Maiden. I've been on PMM almost a year now, but haven't been very active (combination lazy, picky, busy, uncertain, etc.). Hope to hear from other poly members in Washington, DC, where I live now, or NYC, where I hope to move as soon as I find a job there.

      Actually, Elu, there are several active poly tribes around. You can check my profile or the profiles of other regulars around here and find a couple that are pretty hoppin. And on any of the poly pages, including this one, if you look to the left of the screen, you'll notice a bunch of other tribes that are related to poly in some way - take your pick! :)

    I used to be on PMM as charisma the clown. Since I was on there for three years and wasn't getting much response, I left the site six months ago. But I'm still bi and poly. :)

      I'm also on PMM, as wordygirl. I've really enjoyed the site and have met some fascinating people there, as well as over here. But the most engaging person I met I found through OKCupid.com (or rather, he found me).

      I also put a profile up on Pearz.com, which seems to list a lot of interesting people, but haven't had any response to that yet.

      I like hanging out on the polyamory and poly vs. mono tribes here, as they generally have some thoughtful discussion. On the whole this site seems to attract the more unconventional and enlighthened element of society, which is fine by me!

        Hi all. I'm Dar on PMM, but I really haven't spent much time there this past year. I haven't been on Tribe much this summer either, but maybe that will change with the cooler weather setting in I will find more time to be online. I live in Portland, Oregon with my poly husband Rich, AKA Tuner on PMM. I joined this Tribe some time ago but forgot about it being on my list because it was so quiet. Glad to see some conversation here.

        I have met a lot more local poly people since I've been on Tribe, which is a good thing, but I had met quite a few through PMM too. Seems there are a bunch of us here in the Pacific Northwest.

    New member here. I'm a sraight male currently in an MFM triad, where we've co-owned a house for the last 5 years. My wife & I have had a poly relationship for 14 years now. It's been a good time. I just joined PMM under the username Squonk---I'm still waiting for the confirmation email to arrive.

    Dunno what I'm looking for right now. I was in a serious relationship that imploded badly, then after a period of voluntary monogamy (gasp) I've had a few "light and fluffy" relationships that have been nice interludes. Maybe looking for something more serious, maybe looking to keep things light. I suppose it depends on what I find and what finds me.

    Oh, Seattle area.

    I've been on PMM for nearly 2 years.

    I live in Alaska and am in an open relationship with a man who shares his time 50/50 with me and his other lover.
